Lensheads III
This year The Learning Centre once again ran the LensHeads Film School; a digital filmmaking course, which offered young people the chance to gain the skills needed to join Scotland's next wave of filmmakers.

Following the success of the previous 2 LensHeads courses, this year has seen the course expand to 30 pupils from schools across North Lanarkshire attending in 2 groups. Again they learnt the fundamentals of film making, working with professionals in the industry and gaining confidence and communications skills working within the group environment.
The groups have taken part in team building exercises to help them write and produce their own short film. Both of the films, "Mirror Me" and "No Exit" were premiered to a large appreciative audience in The Learning Centre on March 30th.
