The development and delivery of New multimedia courses for pupils
The third and fourth Lensheads film schools have recently been completed with plans to continue providing this service in the future. Work is currently underway to adapt this course for provision during schools hours with the first course to take place in Cardinal Newman High School in 2006/07. Work is also underway to develop accredited Digital Art, Animation and Web Design courses that could be delivered August 2006.

LensHeads: The North Lanarkshire Film School offers 15 to 18 year olds a great chance to learn the skills needed to become the next wave of Scottish filmmakers.
Lenheads I and II
The first of its kind in North Lanarkshire, LensHeads Film School is an innovative project open to all young people aged 14 to 18. It allows them the chance to produce their very own short film.
Lensheads III
This year The Learning Centre once again ran the LensHeads Film School; a digital filmmaking course, which offered young people the chance to gain the skills needed to join Scotland's next wave of filmmakers.
