
Welcome to the Learning Centre Photoshop Tutorials site. Here we are posting Beta versions of Photoshop Elements tutorials in development. This project is intended as a basic introduction to Photoshop the project introduces the pupils to the Photoshop environment. Basic ICT skills are used, opening files, copying and pasting between files etc. This is in conjunction with visual skills required in art to make judgements on colour, form etc.
Skylines are traced in Photoshop and filled with varying shades of grey. With three or four skylines, the layers are arranged to show how tone can give the impression of depth in a 2D environment.

Urban Art - Graffiti :: Tutorial in development :: An image is hand drawn and scanned into Photoshop. From here colour is added using techniques such as, Paint Pucket and Brush tools, to create the impression of spray can graffiti on a brick wall.

Digital Stamp :: Tutorial in development :: An image is hand drawn and scanned into Photoshop. From here colour is added using techniques such as, Paint Pucket and Brush tools, then the colour image is taken into a template to create a stamp from the design. The design is then replicated to produce a sheet of stamps.

Create a Reflection :: Tutorial in development :: This Tutorial introduces some more tools and techniques that can be applied to the Tonal Values Tutorial. Any image used in this exercise and will achieve good results. For the purpose of the tutorial the Tonal Perspective image will be used. This tutorial is a further development of the Tonal Perspective tutorial.
